After college and an M.B.A., Mike did a stint in the Army. From there he sold products for Carborundum and Baker Filtration, and managed the ContraShear/USA Company until Eimco purchased it, then he joined Treatment Equipment Company in 1987.

Keith is our West Texas Regional Sales Manager as well as our Service and Installation Supervisor. His back ground is in process & mechanical engineering where he served over 15 years with Andritz – Ruthner, Inc., SEW Eurodrive and Hycor Corporation. His shop and field experience provide technical knowledge for our Engineers and Customers. This has also provided an exceptional opportunity for our Manufacturers with our Service department where he oversees project installation and product advantages to Contractors. Keith joined TEC in 2004.

Mike is a graduate engineer with more than 25 years experience in the industrial and petro-chemical markets. Since receiving his M.B.A. in 1995, Mike has worked in product management and has been responsible for the sales and marketing efforts of a large valve automation company. Mike joined TEC 2000.

Treatment Equipment Company is pleased and excite to announce the addition of Mario Zanelli to our sales team. Mario comes o TEC with over 20 years of experience in the Municipal Water and Wastewater Industry. His expertise encompasses process application, analytical equipment, chemical feed, disinfection systems, sales, installation and service experience. Mario will headquarter out of our Houston office and will concentrate on South Texas sales opportunities. We will, however, ask Mario to help us in North Texas and Oklahoma when his expertise is needed.

Roland worked as an operator for the city of San Juan, TX water department. Later, he worked doing sales and servicing of chlorine dioxide generators and other chemicals to the municipal water and wastewater plants in South Texas. Roland joined TEC in 2010.

Janice comes to Treatment Equipment Company with more than 15 years experience in our industry working for a respected area equipment supplier. She has strong project management skills as well as excellent communication to manufacturers, contractors, engineers and customers. Janice will be managing our Dallas office and offering support to our other offices as well.

Joju is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) registered in the state of Texas with over 10 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Joju has worked for both a large municipal client and a large design firm. With his most recent experience in marketing clients in Houston and Austin, Joju brings a well balanced position to meet the needs of the engineering community and plant level operations and service.
